Speedway disc brake conversion chevy truck 1947-1959

This is a Speedway disc brake conversion for my GMC truck.This kit fits 1947-1959 chevy trucks, here is the link www.speedwaymotors.com/Deluxe-.... it uses the rotors and calipers from 1970-1977 camaro

I ordered the kit for my truck and the spindle washers were missing also. I called Speedway customer service and they sent them out N/C. Great kit!

Beautiful truck! I have a 59 longbed Chevy fleetside. If I could find the GMC, I would buy it in a heartbeat!

Thanks for the video I have a 49 and the same kit it looks like I have to drill out bottom spindles and steering arm, did you?

In your kit you should have gotten two spacers 5/8 that go behind the castle nut and after the spindle washer.

do they make it in 6 lug ? 55-59 ?

Yes there is a kit for 6 lug 55-59 trucks. I'm removing mine to replace them with the 5 lug kit.

I did not buy a kit, I pieced it together from Napa parts
