Awesome words. Ive been thinking about you and your precious wife. Right now I'm struggling in this valley and I know He will always be there for me. He may not relieve me from this thorn I have just as He didn't relieve Paul. However He said in our weakness we are strong. I'm clinging to this. MANY BLESSINGS. ❤

Love him talk to him every day, and I don't think I can go out in the community, I carry others energy easily, and the universe says that's ok, same guy, different name, hell scares me so had to change it up a bit, no loving god would do that, I was Catholic then Jehovah's witness, you respect mine I respect yours. In the end we all go to the same place, even bad people, your full of love back home so is the universe and then you know why you did the things you done, does a church turn away a sinner or a Kingdom Hall, no, they are welcomed so that answered my question. Amen

Can that withstand Midwest winters and winds?
@SEEZELIFE29 күн бұрын
Wind - definitely. If you get heavy snow, I may recommend a little bit more slope to be safe but it should be fine if using similar strength wood types.

Wow, great job. The metal hangers at each end will secure the wood in the event of earth quakes and heavy snow. Just a suggestion. Six by 6 posts is a good idea.

I'm grateful for the two tents my wife and four kids and I are living in. I'm more thankful for my gas griddle, it's like owning a waffle house. Just wish I could afford food. Got evicted almost a month ago. God will provide. We have lessons to learn.

Looks great! About how tall is the roof on either side?
@SEEZELIFEАй бұрын
I mentioned it when talking about the slope and height differences but the shorter side is just over 8 feet and the high side is around 9.5ft. It’s a 9 degree slope. Good luck with your build sir !

I'm thinking about doing this on my mobile home. How did you attach to the house? What was cost overall?
@SEEZELIFE2 ай бұрын
Hey Joe, I didn’t attach the carport to the house and the overall cost was right around $750.
@packofhounds2 ай бұрын
As someone that owns a double wide with a front and rear porch/overhang that was attached to the house by the previous owner... DON'T DO IT!!! A mobile home is always moving (settling) and all it did was cause water issues where the two structures connect. It's too much weight to just hang off the side of the house. I took apart the back lean-to and rebuilt mine freestanding in a variation of what's seen in this video. Now there is no more damaging weight hanging off the mobile home. The front will be disassembled as well. I hate that the previous owner did that. He basically ruined part of the house by trying to improve it.
