Omg...he has magic fingers. Good fingers placement, hammering and pulling off string , swift sliding , tapping and more. Different techniques of playing guitar and tasteful music arrangements. Good job Alip

I wondering if the baby inside Miyako can feel the music? Her/his mum the musical genius that can master 2 types of musical instruments where us mere mortal struggle to even master one let alone 2, will this child be the future genius under Miyako's guidance???

5 years late to the party here, but I've recently been listening to Kill II This again. Loved them in the 90s/2000s. They're really good. Back again now, too. Nice review! And spot on.

Greeting Sir!! New subscriber here :) I don't know if you still make reviews but, Today, I would LOVE to suggest a brand new song entitled "Dissociation", by the French Canadian Death Metal/Classical project named "Disorientation". This is a lyric video* Thank you for your attention and have a nice day ;)

Almost all Japanese female drummers are influenced by the drummer of Maximum the Hormone. Did not know that Akane was that, but why not?

I know this is 5 years old but was just listening to the song “Cold Dark Place” and went to look more into its making. That’s when I stumbled across your video and it definitely seems like you choose your surroundings intentionally to kind of fit the vibe of the album in a sense. Maybe just random but either way, thought it was fitting in it’s on way. Almost like I feel you’re about to round a corner into the cover of the album at some point lol! I’ve always been a big fan of Mastodon myself and how they continue to evolve as musicians. They always keep things new and interesting and just leave you wanting more. Anyway now I’m rambling but thanks for being original and sharing your video. If you enjoyed doing it and that’s what you wanted to do, then that’s what matters.

My revisit to the "City" record made me understand people who sometimes say "how can you listen to that band, it's just noise and yelling" Because thats EXACTLY what City sounded like my first time. But my revisit was incredible. This album had an outsized impact on my life and critical decisions I've made. All good ones. So anytime I come across an album that just sounds like noise, or I'm unable to comprehend something thats happening rhythmically. I always make it a point to revisit the album later.

i saw them on the more things change tour as well, such a cool band. i wanna say 1997 at the london astoria? i believe it was a metal hammer thing where they had a different band every week, i think i saw fear factory a few weeks before in the same venue on the same promotion. both bands were crazy, and fear factory were supported by g//z/r who absolutely killed it too.

I was replicating the drums that go along with the gabba riff of Home Nucleonics but you're right. It does sound very much like Hammer Smashed Face.
