Appreciated, but unfortunately I don't have time between pressing play and strumming the first note, so if I wanted to play along with you, I'd have to rig up some kind of foot pedal. Cool solo for sure and you got the feel! I only mention that because it's something I've noticed with some tabs/tutorial/lesson videos.

I get that. Problem we have is cramming all this into a 60sec video and having all the info accessible in that short time frame. Hopefully you can gain something from it though. 👍🏼

Great video! I really appreciate that you are providing these lessons for free and you put a lot of effort into explaining and demonstrating the licks. 👍 But (at the risk of sounding ungrateful) I would like to suggest something. Putting a transcribed tab down the bottom of the video means that the video is more work for you, BUT it would increase the usefulness of the lesson by a great amount. I'm just a hobby level guitarist, and following your lesson is a bit frustrating because I have to keep pausing it and learning every few notes. And repeating bits. That means I need to scrub the video position bar back and forth trying to find the right spot then listening to your voice and watching your fingers again to find the spot I was up to. When I learn from other people's videos that have tabs, I can listen/see the lick played, THEN PAUSE the video on the right place in the tab and practice that part of the lick while viewing the tab. That is MUCH more functional for learning (in my experience) than just scrubbing and replaying bits over and over. Anyway, thank you for making these videos I hope you get a lot more subscribers you deserve it. 👍🙂

@@DannyPage I didnt know you had a free pdf! 🙂 I generally dont go to websites, using my tablet I just view youtubes and like to play along with them. On a PC you can probably have the video in one little window and view the PDF in another window on the same screen, which does sound like a good way to do it. And thanks for answering my comment. 👍

Nice to see the strat getting a good workout! You probably know this but the larger headstock was something CBS brought in when they bought Fender - they wanted a larger headstock so they could get a larger decal on it. Allegedly so it could be better seen on TV etc. Anyway I digress. Lovely playing and love some Hendrixy vibes
