The great thing is you keep popping up on my home page, not just my subscription page. I’ve only had acupuncture once and I don’t think it was the best case scenario, I should try again. It was a very traditional place and the doctor seemed a bit harsh, he aggressively told me to stop eating processed food and sugar and told me I was filled with toxins. He placed the needles in and turned the lights off and left me in a dark cold room. It was actually a bit traumatizing. He also wanted to subscribe herbs and see me 3 times a week. It was more than I could afford and after that first experience, I didn’t want to come back. The needles felt great though. I imagine you would be a much kinder Dr. you sound like you know your stuff. ❤ Speaking insomnia I’m up now are 3:30 and have been up a few hours already. Good thing I don’t work any more.

I love your thumbnails and the font you picked! It’s eye catching! I’m watching a second video! I love silver and solo too! She has inspired many! Both videos I have watched you have spoken about her, this shows me just how incredibly inspiring Jen is! You say you don’t look like a super model however I see a natural glow and natural beauty in you and for me personally I’ll watch people like you all day long before a lot of other channels. Keep going! I also personally watch peoples videos all the way through because I love connection.

@@DoctorofAcupuncture my first plan was to post one video per week. (it's a hiking and talking kind of video, so it takes a lot of time to edit) Now I decided to post two videos per week; one being about my YT growing journey. I also think though, that posting more often in the beginning might be a good idea. But there are so many conflicting information ... so, I guess, the best one is: 'Listen to your gut.' 🙃

@DoctorofAcupuncture

Hi, thanks for your comment. Congratulations on going to a retreat! I think it should be fine to bring a mat, as long as you don’t mind being in the back. That’s what I did. Other people brought mats and would set them up in the back. If you want to be down front, then usually people sit in the chairs that are provided. I wish you the very best next week!

Where do you recommend getting bones/meat from?
@DoctorofAcupuncture
@DoctorofAcupuncture Ай бұрын
I get my lamb and beef bones at the farmers market here. For chicken bones, I will roast a whole chicken and use the whole carcass after I take the meat off. You could also check out butcher shops or meat departments at the stores around and ask them for what they might have to spare. Are there any farms near you that raise meat? That could be another option.

This seems like an incredibly important, under-discussed topic. I have wanted veneers for a long time and this makes me completely reconsider that want. And my boyfriend has been suffering with a number of physical symptoms and imbalance that he thinks could be connected to the jaw...I'm curious about the connections you make here for him...thank you for sharing, I would definitely be interested in learning more from your videos.
@DoctorofAcupuncture

Thank you for the thoughtful comment. I agree, it is definitely underrated how much our jaw position and dental health in general dictates our overall health. Is there something more specific that you or your boyfriend might be interested in hearing more about? I could expand more but would want to make a video that is useful to people.

@@DoctorofAcupuncture I’d be curious to hear you discuss more about the jaw as it connects to tension in the face, neck and shoulders and overall alignment; and/or tips for how to release locked up energy/fluid or whatever it might be in those upper body areas. Also, separately, if you have any thoughts or advice around digestion or acupuncture-al wisdom to optimize digestive health, I’d be very interested to watch a video from you on that.
