so cool! In previous comments I saw you said the spindle brand is Delta. Could you please share the model or a link for the spindle and the other 2 servos? I recently got a sherline lathe and would like to at least upgrade the spindle and control system. What controller are you using? You have a really nice machine!

It was made in pandemy, with Mach3 which you can do everything you want, I don't know much about Masso.

Very interesting setup. How much something like this might cost and how hard it is to program? I'm considering starting with the basic 8'' one but this looks better. Thank you

Thank you. It's manually programming Gcode, many parts It's not so complicated, this micromachine have quality components and It's expensive, all motors are servo, Nsk ballscrews, and Nsk E-3000 series milling spindle with aferent accesories.

All are servomotors, spindle is Delta.

Those look like ISO20 holders. Where are you getting them, or are you making those as well?

Interesting. One thing though you really need to align your tailstock, as you can see when you drill or broach the tool pulls over to centre as you contact the workpiece.

this is epic...subed! how are you pushing the stock out after unclamping? Is it a weak push and you're just running the stock out without encoders until it hits the parting tool then reclaiming it?

I use mach3, 3c collet sherline headstock + lever collet closer, and a tiny gripper.
