Hi Wick .... do you have any other thrifts stores near you? Some times other stores might have better prices on some things. I have about a dozen thrift stores around me but the but 6 of hem have have the best prices for me. Some of them I have travel a bit to get to though.

I will never sell on eBay again. I’ve been selling 16 years and they now put my payouts on 15 day holds. I have a perfect history and never had a complaint. They get their money immediately but make us wait 15 days. Even after customer received goods and gave a good review. They are dishonest and fret with fraud. Seller beware!

Your GW’s are better than mine. It’s a big store but they decided to do mainly clothing. So I go to the only bins in kcmo but knock on wood when I go I always luck out. I only go once a month but I got a jellycat sold for 197, Oakley backpack sold for 100 and yesterday I got a box of garage sale leftovers that didn’t sell because the person priced them eBay listing prices lol. I’m sure one thing I can get 80 for it. I’m always looking for the work boots that you get. I found 1 yesterday but I couldn’t find the pair.

It's generally a good idea to pick out smaller growth and let only 1 or 2 greens exist in one pod, otherwise they will start fighting each other for space 🙂

Do you all find that shoes are often returned because they didn't fit? That's why I'm hesitant to sell shoes.
@FlippingJunk2 күн бұрын
It's not near as common as clothing. Maybe 1 in 40 shoe sales for me gets returned because they don't fit.

is it a bad habit to keep sending offers to potential buyers? i dont sit long enough on items, fees like im losing potential profits? or is it better to just move things quick? whats your opinion?
@FlippingJunk2 күн бұрын
That's something you have to decide. Depends on what you're selling etc. Nothing wrong with selling things quick for less profit if you have plenty of inventory and less storage space. Me personally, I like to let things sit for a few months before I start adjusting prices.
@mariatamburro3 күн бұрын
When buying chargers or tools like that, check if it's a harbor freight model. I think that's one that's sold there. They are pretty cheap. Still over $5, but make sure you aren't overpricing yourself or it'll sit for a very long time.

What's the best way to ship odd shaped items like that? I have struggled a bit finding the most efficient way to do it.
@FlippingJunk2 күн бұрын
Not sure what item you're referring to, but usually UPS is best for larger odd shaped items. Just be careful for extra fees. If possible, I always try to ship ground advantage now because of the hidden fees.
