Personally I miss the details and how creepier the clock tower looked before now it looks all plasticy and not really as creepy and detailed which was kinda the whole sole purpose of the game to have creepy vibes. But I guess the gameplay kinda matters more than the visuals so I’m excited to try the game out

This looks more like an early alpha version of the game, not even a beta. I super duper hope they fix a lot of the issues, but even so the tracks are really empty and too linear. I wish more kart racing games utilized the drifting mechanic from Crash Team Racing instead of forever copying Mario Kart

Tbh I was really not a big fan of how it looked when it was first announced (don't get me wrong I was really excited for it since I as a Epic Mickey fan has been dying for new content, but I'll explain), everything looked too much like the second game, colorful, bright, and upbeat, and just kinda ruined the original vibe and tone from the first game. Now after watching recent footage for rebrushed, I can really tell that they're really starting to experiment the remake's graphics to try capturing the original's game aesthetic more, making it more moody and grim just like the original compared to it's early footage/screenshots where everything was a little bit too colorful and bright which I really appreciate. Is it a 100% accuracy to the original with some areas where I think this remake looks better than the original? Not really, I still prefer how the original looks in some areas compared to the remake and I still feel off with how some areas look in the remake, but I really think this is a good step in the right direction.

This topic genuinely drove me insane for years. Are sonic and his friends on earth or mobius? Why is sonic sometimes with humans? When I think about I’m no longer myself. Tailtube actually helped me with a problem in my life

Recent trailer seems to show that they’ve fixed/change a lot of the effects, Namely the toon object effects. The outline now turn green an blue depending on if you’re painting or thinning, and they don’t have that weird white static outline anymore. The animations still look different from the first game, though they look much tighter than they were.
