Your classes are incredible. I don’t understand why your channel doesn’t have hundreds of thousands of subscribers. I am a triathlete and I was injured since 2022. I appreciate how thoughtful your workouts are, and how many details you give us, and also your encouragement. I went to a class and the teacher left out lots of instructions and side comments that I've become used to with you----I felt a bit lost! Thank you for being awesome.

This was great I used to teach Pilates and yoga, but it's been years since I've done it. This was a perfect easy to get back into it. Easy easy stretches to do for an effort but 8 years out of shape and this was a serious workout!

I usually do move with Nicole in the mornings but wanted to switch it up today. I will say it was a great workout but extremely annoying that I was interrupted 3x by ads on your video. Please consider removing ads mid video
