I appreciate your experience wasn't up to par, and maybe I'm wrong but any restaurant can have an off service? I've been lucky enough to eat at Sketch in the Lecture Room & Library on many occasions & the service has always been impeccable, the friendliness of the staff has been a great balance between formalness & familiar and I've never had a bad meal so for me I will happily go back to Sketch & be confident I'll have a great time & be fed very well.

I never comment on videos, but there’s always a first time for everything. I don’t know why everyone wants only “classic content.” This video was insanely well made and a great addition to the channel. You can’t have only one type of content because you will eventually get bored. Okay, maybe Alexander narrating it would have been better, but videos like this are priceless regarding what you gain from them.

For example, it would’ve been fun to watch if Alexander visited a caviar farm. Though I have a feeling this kind of content is more of a filler episode for when Alexander is busy/production is low on funds lol

I think it was a good video. I don't mind getting some information about the food we so often see in the videos. Adds some good context to everything we see.

Who decided that a text to speech program with flashing text in the center screen and overly fast cuts would be appropriate for this channel? This is generic information spoken with atrocious mispronunciation and flashing center screen text. Finding this here is like making reservations in a local fine dining restaurant and finding the walls plastered with TV's playing tik tok shorts, and the menu replaced with reheated prepackaged meals from the grocery store. Did RFK Junior greenlight this? Because whoever approved this should be examined for brain worms. Edit: It appears that the narrator has been identified as human. I still stand by my statement that the pronunciation sound robotic. I would encourage the voice actor to practice some enunciation, such as the word "twelfth" at 2:35. The current recording sounds indistinguishable from "twelve", giving the impression that the actor is either reading a script with words incorrectly conjugated, or that they are just slurring their words. I'm not a veteran voice actor, but I have experience in professional camera and voice over work, and amateur stage acting. I think the channel and the actor & producers can do better.
