China's illegal presence and creeping expansion within the Philippine Exclusive. Economic Zone is a blatant disregard to international law of UNCLOS. China's nine-dash line claim was invalidated by the UNCLOS Permanent Court of arbitration at the Hague in 2016... China is among the first countries who signed the UNCLOS in 1982 and ratified it in 1994. But now China refuses to follow the rules based order of UNCLOS and rejects the arbitral court's' ruling, asserts sovereignty and contol of the WPS and the south china sea, wants to take Taiwan and Senkaku islands. To deter/counter China's belligerent expansionism in the SCS, WPS , and in the Philippine EEZ, The PCG, JCG and USCG should jointly, regularly patrol the WPS, the Scarborough, Ayungin, and Escoda shoals. US and Japan may deploy troops, fighter aircrafts, missiles and Typhon launchers systems,in the islands thru EDCA and RAA. The philippines should have more ships, fighter aircrafts, anti-ship missiles and anti-ship drones.

Thanks USA, hoping our AFP/PN will have many new military equipment such as destroyers (12) frigates (36), corvettes (36), offshore/onshore patrol vessels (60), patrol boats (60), fast attack crafts or MPAC (240), fast missiles craft (36), multi-role fighter aircrafts (180), Boeing P-8 Poseidon (2), attack helicopters (60), anti-submarine helicopters (36) and submarines (4), missile air defense systems, Unmanned aerial/sea vehicles, and high advance military communication systems for first line of defense and protection of our country's EEZ/territory. Phillipine Allies may be distributed within the 1,700 islands with their own respective security systems THAT THE ENEMY COULD NOT pattern. Only the Phillipine admin can access this islands economically.

Our politician, the senate, committed a big mistake when they did not renew the lease of US Bases in Subic & Clark. Probably the Chinese government is not that assertive with regards to their claim on SCS if the US Bases stayed all these years. Nice to see you back Uncle Sam, IMO you bring peace and stability in this part of the world.
