Congratulations on overcoming this and being a role model, leader, and beacon of hope. There is someone on the board of education who is blocking some black children's success. His name is W.i.l.l.i.a.m. H.a.r.r.i.n.g.t.o.n.; he is an executive with the Board Of Education and has harassed and blocked some black students, etc, from attaining their goals. If you have the ability, please help remove him from office. Thanks, and continue to help motivate and empower.

I work in the medical field and I used to have a lot of back pain because I was on my feet all day. What I did to relieve my back pain was do some back exercises and worn good comfortable shoes. What we wear goes a long way to improve our overall health.

I have made may own yogurt for 12 years. Store brands are considered lifeless. I am now making saurkrout. The only thing if takes is time. Start a new batch every two weeks. Do this if you care about your health.

I have a herniation between t6&7. Every day it causes me intense pain. I can only stand in my kitchen for 15 minutes. Then I have to lay back at an angle. I am a pianist. I also compose and teach. I often need to sit at my piano for 3-5 hours a day and have to bear the pain or take pain meds which I don't like doing. I need a solution.

I’ve been getting low quantity low quality sleep. Less than. 3-4 hours a day. And I wake up every fkijg 10 min and is never deep sleep
