So exciting! I would personally start by deciding on a budget which will help you narrow down the type of resort that will be best for you. Disney has 3 tiers of resorts: value, moderate and deluxe. Personally, I would recommend Pop Century for value / Coronado Springs for moderate. I haven't recently stayed at a deluxe resort since they are VERY pricey but Disney has the prices available on their website :) Once you have a general idea of budget, I would recommend booking through a travel agent since things are always changing at Disney - it can be really hard to keep up. I have used PeopleMoverTravel and they are amazing! I do think it is safe but there are a lot of homeless in Seattle. I say that coming from NY where there is homelessness as well but I would say it’s different there. Overall, I felt very safe at CitizenM hotel and never had any safety issues at the hotel. There is always a hotel employee in the lobby and security was in place. Walking is a bit difficult because of the hills (walks turn into mini hikes). I ended using Lyft or taking public transportation which was pretty easy to use. Highly recommend a trip to Seattle. I personally loved my time there and the food scene was amazing.

I am very sorry for your loss. It is never easy losing someone we love. Additionally, you should be so proud of yourself for graduating! What an amazing accomplishment! I don't really get depressed in the parks. Honestly, I find it hard to be sad in the parks with so many happy moments happening around me. I will say that there are moments where I feel lonely but I try to let it be a moment and then go ride my favorite ride or get my favorite snack. I recommend downloading a few podcasts, playlists, or audiobooks (or books on a kindle if you have) you love or have always wanted to listen to so that can keep you occupied while you are waiting on line for rides and what not. If you ever need a bit of company, I would recommend heading to the bar. The bartenders are SO nice and if they aren't too busy it's nice to chat with them about how they became a bartender at Disney or what their favorite drink is. I was nervous one night alone in my hotel when I heard a noise outside but I called the front desk and they said security would be more than happy to do a quick walk-by and I felt so much better. When in doubt, especially at the resort, call the front desk. They are more than happy to respond at ANY hour. I would say try something you have never done before at each of the parks, it's fun and gives you something to look forward to. I hear the Rhino Encounter is fun at AK (it costs more though). If not, I would recommend Nomad Lounge for a bite to eat. It really is beautiful there and feels like a little escape. MK I would try to get on Tron at night and maybe try a different view of the castle for the fireworks. HS I would recommend getting a reservation at Oga's Cantina. The bartenders are so fun and honestly it's just nice being in that atmosphere. Also if you ever aren't feeling the parks, I would go back to the resort and relax poolside. The resorts are LOVELY (could also resort hop and find a new favorite restaurant :) I personally love the rooftop at Coronado for apps and 3 Bridges at Coronado for dinner / drinks). Lastly, I would just be kind to yourself throughout the trip and enjoy some time celebrating you! Life moves so fast around us sometimes. Sometimes it's nice to step into another world, take things easy, and spend some quality time with ourselves.
