When you have knee surgery or the surgery that goes into the areas of the legs they do prescribe pain killers to help after or before the process. I've had many surgeries the machines they give you is help your body to keep circulation and not to have neuropathy in your legs. The healing will take some time with outpatient therapy you can get great help.

Not sure what your whole injury story is, but I broke my fibula and tore my acl at the same time this past November. I’m still working on recovering my ankle and then I’ll have the acl done. Great video, hope your recovery goes well and very quick!!

Being a person that has had surgery I found that yogurt can help your system with antibiotics and the pIn killers . Pain killers can make you constipated and the yogurt keeps your intestinal balanced .

Stef, you were so very kind speaking with my daughter by FT last year. She took much of what you said to heart, and she is slowly making her way into social media. We have been watching you and were heartbroken to see the crash. You are an excellent ski racer and an even better person. We have kept you in our prayers for your recovery and return to racing. Nice weekend in Taos! Most viewers won’t appreciate the challenge, and exhaustion, of Pro Ski Racing 10 events for guys, 8 events for women, in about 4 hours, if you make it to the final 4. Well done!
