Not sure what your whole injury story is, but I broke my fibula and tore my acl at the same time this past November. I’m still working on recovering my ankle and then I’ll have the acl done. Great video, hope your recovery goes well and very quick!!

When you have knee surgery or the surgery that goes into the areas of the legs they do prescribe pain killers to help after or before the process. I've had many surgeries the machines they give you is help your body to keep circulation and not to have neuropathy in your legs. The healing will take some time with outpatient therapy you can get great help.
