Great video! Thanks. I Just stripped my first batch of OB peacock mix with a possible Sunshine, Red Empress, or another OB peacock male with mom being OB peacock. I didn't know until they were pretty much full fish stage. I got them separated and all cozy in their own grow-out tank.

Contrary to popular belief you do not need to use tank water you can use tap water you will not hurt your beneficial bacteria

Take a look at multiple channels, online articles etc, that is not advised unless you are on well water. Feel free to do this yourself but it’s not advised for the most part. It just isn’t worth the risk imo👍🏻

Thank you! I've had to learn it all myself. I appreciate people like you. I now own two canister filters and I'm getting the hang of this. I have a red ear slider turtle so I've had to work hard to get the right media to keep the tank clean.❤

Nope it doesn’t. It the water circulating which prevents them from going rotten/fungus. It’s only a slight bit of water movement👍🏻

Epson never put in main tank set up a tub add 1 tablespoon per gallon and temp at 80 to 85f for 1 week and only feed deshelled peas

Been searching for awhile and finally! Cichlid Lovers got em unsex at 1 1/2" so I pick up 14. Most are bigger about 2" and one Male is already fully colored about 2 1/2".. now, I can stop searching 😊..

It's weird cuz it's only sunshine peacocks that lose all color in my tank. It's like I'm cursed not to have any pop of yellow in my tank lol

I need help bad with my fancy..I have gotten his swim bladder disease under control about three times. But now, he continues to be belly up 50% of the time. And he ALWAYS stays at the water level. And when he does go down, his blatter bring him right back up. Unless he goes in a decoration in there to keep him from floating. Have done EVERYTHING you busy mentioned. But feel hopeless right now. Pls help if you have any other advice. Thank you, Erica

I have the similar All Pond Solution 1000 but my water is nowhere near as clear as that. Nice video.
