The claws are rigged to the way you see it tried to pick up the prizes and I saw the timing and they had to adjust it to a low setting on the claw strength. I used to go to Atlantic city long time ago but the one I went to was the one by the pier. Mostly played the quarter push machine.

It might not do any good but you can report them to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. They are supposed to regulate claw machines so that they are fair and not purely games of chance. If nobody wins anything ever, then it's clearly not "fair".

Claw machines are not a game of skill. The claw os set to actually grasp something after so many plays. Its best to watch people lose a bunch of times on the same machine and then go try to win something from it.
