A little tip for you coat the chicken in mayonnaise first then flour dredge then egg then dredge again then bake. Everything else the same. You will thank me.

Great recipe but you should NEVER brine in a metal bowl!..health and safety reasons …use glass or another non reactive material.

Yes, you may use chicken wings. In that case, bake at 400F for 45mins, turning halfway through. If the wings are smaller in size, baking time would cut down; use a thermometer to check when the chicken wings have reached 165F.

Yeah, you may use the same recipe for an indoor grill as well. Just make those adjustments as you mentioned. You should be fine.

I noticed your oven rack is backwards and upside down. The raised notch on your rack should be faced down and towards the back of the oven. This is so when you pull the rack out to remove your food, it acts as a stopper and prevents the rack from sliding off the hides completed. I know I am 4 years late with this information so I hope someone else told you.
