Unfortunately, Ryan Reynolds has to get it all cleared by Feminist Focused, LGBT Representation minded Kevin Feige. Feige is dead set on his All-Female Avengers team. That means Blade's daughter has to replace Blade. So, unless Ryan can somehow bypass Feige, I doubt we'll ever see it. He had enough problems with just trying to keep Feige away from Deadpool 3.

Snipes is the face of Blade. Jackman is the face of Wolverine. Reynolds is the face of Deadpool. Some things are written in stone. Those are three.
