Probably my favourite T-Rex song, along with 20th century man. I thought that Jeepster was the original name for the vehicle that we have come to know as the jeep. I had often wondered about Marc Bolan's meaning.

Hi James, nice video. Love your content. But how about the nut? It is not designed to turn the strings around. You did you manage that? Did you place a new nut or adjest the nut somehow? Hope you can help me out.

There are 2 types of people, ones who know this is one of the best songs ever, and those who don't know the song. Memories of being an undergrad in the 80s. Thank you for the post, much easier to play than other versions and sounding great. TOTP band version uses D in first position for the riff. I'm pleased that Bm doesn't appear and to no apparent detriment. Deffo checking your other uploads, thanks 👍

Can I tentatively identify a possible error... At 0:45, the TAB has the 3-note lead-in, then the main A5/6 theme, the 2 sections of 5 double stops. I think there should be only 4 double stops, and it's the last one that is not required: the 2-0, notes A on the 5th string and E on the 4th string. Maybe. I'm not certain though.
@Rocklicks7220 күн бұрын
It’s been a while since I looked at this one. You maybe right. The point of this type of tab is to be a basic guide not a 100 percent with every nuance Thanks for your input and thanks for watching 😊
