I had a lot of respect for your point of view before watching this video… but you’re also brain washed and are making videos to get on the good side of all the inhumane money mongers… the so called IT CEO’s. Utterly disappointed by this short. You think we are such buffoons to not understand the real context of his statement? We are much wise to read between the lines. But I guess you haven’t honed your sixth sense to read between the lines of what MR MURTHY is actually trying to say and influence us into… I would be delighted to see how your kids would be living their life after being forced to work for 14 hours per day. Inherently we indians are brilliant and we are extremely smart to read between the lines……. I am amazed at how you can just make this short to look and sound cool. And think you’d come across as a wise man in trying to defend a man who is a part of such ass world 🌍 leaders who think that traumatising the youth of India is what we will next do … while sipping their cup of tea with members of world economic forum and devos group.

Its more than the CTC the kind of technology, peer, boss and project deliverables that adds the pressure. As people shift jobs for salary reasons and when they enter into some unknown technology they are under pressure to catch up the new technology/programming language to scale level up.

Sir I try to say no but then start thinking about rating.. because even doing lot of things they dont give good rating.. also thought if I say no to peers then they can tell false things to the manager to destroy my impression.

Don't overthink otherwise it will take you into a circular loop of thinking. Just ready a checklist to say yes to work and get it acknowledged by everybody, of any point in checklist is missing then say no using checklist as escape goat

40 lakhs is nothing for tech companies. The company is hiring from India only for cheap labour. The company is earning in USD and you are getting paid very less than that.

Agressive CEOs, new tech, clueless mid managers are the main causes. Irrespective of how much salary you draw, the stress will be a common factor. I've seen folks who do bare minimum and rake in big numbers and on the flip side where the pay is peanuts but workload/stress is high. So do yourself a favour and get the highest you can make at any time.

Yeah, am with you Anand. I always firmly believe that it is great to have a bigger goal in mind to achieve but split them into smaller ones. When we start achieving the smaller ones, our confidence and push will be sky-high to go for the next kill. Humble beginnings and gradual progress are the key ingredients to be successful in life also these two aspects will keep us motivated in the long run.
