I love just how thought-provoking and professional their critique is. If you were to put your art on some random art Discord and ask for feedback, you'd just get a bunch of people telling you, 'the face looks off!' or 'the hand is badly drawn!'. These guys actually talk about stuff your average art Twitter anime artist would have no idea about, like storytelling, even attention to design, theme variety, "over-acting" the pose and so on.

It’s a simple pose, but it really does capture her essence better than an action pose. The way she lightly holds her weapon, the hand in her hip, the glare. It all says that conquering is easy for her. She is confident, like she feels she is destined to rule the world, and it is your duty to bow to her. Such an amazing drawing, so glad you shared your process!!!

I love how rain and water is animated in Makoto Shinkai films. It looks pure and very eye catching because of how it aesthetically plays a part in the film. Love how tried to replicate that special scene
