Oh, how you love telling hundreds of complete strangers that you ccrrrryyyy.because you FINALLY saw a movie trailer. Weak, immature, childish, melodramatic - Congratulations!! You are NOWHERE NEAR being close to becoming anything that even slightly resembles an ADULT.

So, are you proud that a movie trailer makes you sob uncontrollably ?? Over a movie trailer? Are you 11 years old or do you cry over dinner tasting delicious? Will you cry like a baby when you don’t get a good review at work? - you know, actual mature, adult subjects.

If you're talking about a photo of the actual Brian Epstein on your desk, then you're not alone or strange. I actually have a photo gallery with 129 pictures of Brian Epstein on my Google photos *(Both fanart and real life)* . I also downloaded both parts of Brian's 1999 documentary downloaded on my Google Drive and I have the *In My Life: the Brian Epstein Story* book.

The reason early in the trailer his name is mispronounced is bc, instead of the entire movie being about how he came to manage the Beatles and his career thereafter, but more importantly, the movie is about how his name is pronounced.

I believe in the book "You Never Give Your Money," supposedly Paul didn't want to perform at the concert for Bangladesh bc he didn't want Allen Klein to be credited with getting the Beatles to perform again. Paul's pettiness over a noble cause. When Yoko is originally quoted as saying "Woman is the N of the world" It's a brave declaration of woman's lib, when John sings it it's cringe, awful song but still a double standard. "You're Sixteen" is "problematic?" What exactly is problematic about the song? I always took the song to be tongue-in-cheek and between two young lovers. Are you two imagining an older man? Should we cancel American Graphitti and Carrie Fisher too? You both will often insinuate something but rarely elaborate.

"The only way I'll get you is to get you in bed" simply reinforces the idea that there is no love in the woman and despite his attraction to her and her driving him crazy, that would be all he could get from her. Therefore, what he's left with is temptation (the devil). The lyrics also say "that ain't the way it should be."

Why would you go anywhere near that part of the world in July 1966? Just a few weeks before the US airforce had launched a massive bombing campaign against Hanoi in North Vietnam. A covert war was raging in Borneo between Australian troops and Indonesian commandos. And let’s not forget US B-52’s bombing Laos and the plan of Jars. In other words the whole region was in flames ! Had Brian Epstein not read a newspaper or watched the TV in 1966 ? Why would you take a pop group into that chaos !

My ears went up when, in this discussion, someone mentioned the cloying effect of the lyric, “And if this ever changing world in which we live in…” I have a theory! [The song is question is “Live And Let Die.] I posit that Paul MEANS “we’re” but is pronouncing it “we.” He’s being folksy. So he’s NOT saying “in which we live in.” He is Americanizing “in which we’re living,” We only THINK he’s saying “in which we live in.” An equivalent would be when someone says “We livin’ good” instead of “We’re living good.” Therefore, setting aside pronunciation, the lyric is “And if this ever changing world in which we’re living…” I have no excuse for “give in a cry,” of course.

I’m glad May is finally getting her due. Too many books portray her as a plaything of John and easily fooled by Yoko. Unfortunately a PR campaign was waged after John Lennon’s murder to cast May and the so called lost weekend as a brief period. That had no meaning for John Lennon. So I’m glad May can now tell her story. The movie is excellent!!
