Because of this mod I dropped this fucking game. It was my first playthrough of ds3 and I was confident enough that I installed a few difficulty mods including this one. But when I got to this damn church it was a bloodbath... My build was dex max and I never leveled up my health so he one shotted me. I put all the rings for defence, so I could at least take 1 weak hit but I wasn't able to replenish it cause he was non stop hunting me. Eventually, I got to the second phase(that was maybe try number 200) and said fk it! I didn't had any backuped game so I had to remove it completely from my small ssd. I'll never download any difficulty mod for souls-like game on a first run ever again.

This fight is pretty challenging, hard, but fair, the fight itself has a lot of opening and you can punish Gael easily especially if you are using a shield. Good job to mod developer for creating this brilliant and visually stunning fight.

Pretty good, one tip, in his second and third phase roll to his right up close until you find an opening or this will become a long battle

It's very interesting to see a few feints from his moveset that either make you flinch and roll away or extend the animation for an attack to throw off someone new to the fight. Nice to see more flashy, mobile movesets from bosses instead of more generally plodding and simplistic animations

This fight is a challenge, but the unique incorporation of the summon if embered made it both easier and more memorable.

This guy was 100% a challenge when I played, and almost felt too aggressive at times, but after a few attempts I learned the rhythms and realized he was actually pretty well designed. Definitely some kinks to work out, but probably one of the most satisfying fights I experienced.

That project was ceased ever since I had joined the Archthrones mod team 2 years ago, it was a mod for Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition

I suppose I could upload it to Nexus as a pre-alpha demo version or something, that mod was basically Vanilla DS1 with the addition of some new weapons, items and few bossfights changed.

This makes it really apparent ulcerated tree spirits were actually cut enemies from ds3. The black, sludgy texture fits them way more than what we have in Elden Ring

The second phase uses just default animations from the Tree Spirit enemy

The footage is presented from the upcoming patch (not the 1.1.1). We made it so in phase 2 player will be able to stagger the boss and riposte it.

im wondering if you can help me out with a mod from years ago the slave knight gael but harder one. i installed all the storm emperowered slave knigh gael files correctly but when i get to phase 2 and 3 his running crossbow attack is invisibe and sometimes he just stands there.

Spend 10 hours on a run, found 0 spell, 0 gems to enchant my weapon and start to make a build. Finally gets bored and accepted the fact that this mod doesnt even fix DS3 magic issues, reroll as a knight. Spends 2 hours trying to kill the vanguard because "I mean come on, its Demon's Souls inspired mod, the reward will be sick", give up and watch on youtube what you get from killing him. YOU GET NO- THING Yeah great mod guys Xd
