If you have fresh tomatoes out of the garden, you have to make a Tomato Pie! It is very rich because of the buttery crust. Another tasty treat with fresh garden tomatoes is to make toast, scrambled eggs, and make a breakfast sandwich. Sliced tomatoes ontop of fluffy scrambled eggs on toast in a sandwich is a very special treat.

Any idea why the cheese whiz would turn out gritty and not smooth? The first time I tried it was perfect. Since then always gritty. I do make my own evaporated milk but the first time I tried it I used all the same ingredients. Cant figure it out Love the flavour !
