People may not like these type of side missions but they are what make Spider-Man Spider-Man I’d be in favor of getting more like this

I have played this mission like 3. 4? times, and I still get really sad

I wish in Spider-Man 3 Howard has a grave to remember or/and maybe one of his family members as a side mission for something

I did this as Miles, and still teared up. Had to turn it off soon after just to compose myself.

It’s even more perfect because your wearing the amazing spider 2 suit

rushed as hell

This was the last thing I did before I 100% the game. RIP Howard 🫡

Love a lot of comic heroes but Peter Parker’s heart and soul is the purest form of heroism ever portrayed in art.

At first I was thinking "Oh that Howard, always losing those dang birds..." and then I realized the mission was about losing Howard, and it turns out I was NOT ready for that.

It's wild. All it is, is a simple "go from point A to point B" mission, but it's loved by everyone for its storytelling.

I felt really depressed by the end of this mission. It sucks that he died. Howard seemed like a really nice guy

I had a feeling this would happen after the way Howard was speaking to Peter my first playthrough hated this but when it's you're time it's you're time rest in peace Howard you are reunite with you're wife. I can imagine in Marvels Spider-Man 3 we stop by the park or some place and see Pidgy and the flock

R.I.P Howard 2018-2023 He was a true legend and he nice birds to feed and hang out with and called them family

The most paradoxically of Spider man is fact that Spider is the most human superhero and the most funny but in his life are the the most tragic and drama situation, thats really sad.

Spider-man is the most human superhero out of them all. A superhero isn't just about fighting world ending threats, saving people from explosions. Sometimes, a hero means just being there for people at their least happy moments. Saving them from themselves. That's why Spider-man is the best hero of all. No matter what version, Spidey has no ego, and doesn't see helping the daily people with daily struggles as something beneath him that he doesn't need to deal with. Bravo Insomniac, bravo.

Tbh the way op glides in the game is horrible.

Spiderman 2018 was the first game i played on my PS5 when i first got it and i loved doing the pigeon missions and talking with Howard same with Miles Morales. This hit hard and when i saw that we needed to fly with the pigeons it made me tear up. He wasn't just another NPC Howard was a friend not just to both Spider-Men but to the player as well. Gonna miss you howard whenever we catch pigeons in these games we'll think of you.

The whole structure of this part resonated deeply with me. The light, the music - even the mission describtion itself: Take the pigeons to freedom.

This was painful

I don’t cry, at all, but when I was flying over the water across the buildings over the bridge and the sun shining on me with the birdies surrounding me and the song started playing I felt a release I haven’t felt in a long long time and the tears started running. Absolutely beautiful mission and i am so grateful this was the game I chose to get back into gaming. Don’t worry Howard, the flock is free 🕊️

Screw synthic man for not even acknowledging his name Howard you maybe game guy but to me you were a great great guy

I think what really truly got me was the sad trimble in Peter's voice when he got back to see Howard. Only to find him gone.
