Awesome! I'm foreshadowing the tail light issue. I might just pull them out now and make something. Props for making your own stuff; it's funny that the only thing you didn't make yourself was defective 😆

@@BlackAndBlueGarage thanks Tom. The light not working was a pita. Slowed me down a few days. But in the end it worked. I've been through so many tail lights, i got tired of changing them. Even with the covers. I damage them every time out. It was a cheap mod and should last a while.

First comment! I have to say it's amusing you are doing all this work to save $85 while the paint dries on your ~$2000 doubler. Why didn't you go with some steel tail light boxes with recessed trailer lights? Looks good for a trail rig. That poor jeep is turning into a buggy one bit at a time, huh?

@@benjaminreinhardt259 fair point. My doubler when is all said and done will be about 1k before I sell my 231. Knock on wood. I've gone 6 years of off-roading without any real transfer case issue. I break my tail lights every time I go out. For me it's a cost-effective method. I'll spend the money on parts that I don't anticipate on changing and to get really good longevity items and I won't spend a lot of money on parts I know that are technically wear items and have a track record on breaking often

it did originally. I should have kept in the older ones and then run this test and then swap out the o2 sensors to new ones.

@@darshanfishe I get it. I work in an e-com distribution center and I know these things happen. But i think its better to claim damaged than to let the end result be this.This was really bad in terms of "damaged" or "damaged in transit".

drivers get a penalty for ANY missed deliveries. but there is no penalty for a customer marking an item damaged. so it’s also possible the drivers status was at risk, so they have to deliver some things that would otherwise be flagged properly.

I had the same thing happen a couple times. But the lotion or soap or some unknown substance was inside the package.

Mine was electronics the first time. I raised hell with Amazon and demanded an investigation after the second time. Had them come to the house and meet with their inspector. It didn't happen after that. Someone thought they were being funny.

My wife and I have noticed that they dont even pack items any more. They are shipping in vendor packaging. So you can plainly see what is being shipped. So people stealing items off porches can plainly see what it is.

I'm doing a whole series on this. I have a video on the shave coming out in a week or so. Then a 205 rebuild,and the ecobox build. I hope to install once the weather gets cooler as long as my np231 holds out till then .

Some people reported lunchbox lockers to be noisy. Some don't. Mine wasn't. But I think that might have something to do with tolerances inside the case.

@@FMJeeping Sound right, I don't off road enough to warrant a locker, and it's just non stop click clack while I'm driving on pavement. When I put the spider gears in, I will check tolerances for sure.

Installed them but i have a problem One side works fine The other ( driver side ) doesn’t fully light up the side “<. .>” bars dont work and im not sure what to do help?

I would try both lights on the side that work to verify if the lights themselves are working. That would rule out bad lights. Then it would indicate a wiring issue.

B1S1 and B2S1 are both supposed to be up and down, that is correct and normal. You are correct that any S2 should be steady. That is the one measuring Cat performance.

Yes. Add 2 quarts to a full tank of gas! After that a quart when it starts driving slugish! I haven't seen any low catalyst codes on my engine scans at all!
