Another year because andrew will lose his job, become homeless again, forget about the game for 4 months, completely redo permanent upgrades again, "polish" (completely redo) the summit and then wait another 4 months

This is supposed to be the penultimate update, meaning the next one will be 1.0 assuming everything goes to plan.

I'm hoping one day you're gonna make a game with an actual campaign, cause even though I like the style and movement, I just dislike rogulikes so much I cannot play it for more than a couple hours.

That's what the RELEASE update is for. I wanted to nail the gameplay loop before moving on to making a fully realized campaign / story. It's still going to be a rogue like of course, but it will have linear progression. BUT HEY, keep in mind, you can actually sorta disable GTTOD's rogue-like-y-ness using Attunement Runes.
