I was at the 44 hour mark. 4 hours for it to leave my system and I gave in , bought a couple of loose cigarettes 🚬 😕😔 after smoking it I felt so anxious and depressed. Here we go again. Hopefully I can make it . I’ve quit before, multiple times. But this time I relapsed bc of a stressful situation, and the person I was hanging around for company also smokes. Let’s do this again :(

Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds. I struggled with diets and exercise but I could not stop the weight from coming on. I went from a slim 135 all the way up to a big fat pot belly 275. That's right, I almost made it to 300 pounds. My waist went from a 32 to a 50. I got kicked out of the navy for being obese and I lost my retirement. I developed severe sleep apnea and became a borderline diabetic. I had to donate 5 trash bags stuffed full of my favorite clothes to charity. I had to give up running, water skiing, scuba diving and riding my bike because I got too fat. Had I known I was going to get fat like this, you best believe, I would have never quit smoking. To top it off, it was very tough to do

Had I known I was going to get fat like this, you best believe, I'd have never quit smoking. I'd rather have cancer or emphysema any day, than to have to spend the rest of my life all big and fat. I'd go back to smoking, but, might not work and I might get even fatter. I may still try

Ughh... I keep slipping!! I have every reason to quit smoking but I go a few days and I'll allow myself to smoke sometimes after a few days... I'm so close to stopping completely

I was on day ten and I relapsed with seven cigarettes in a single day, the next day I decided to not blame myself that much and started quitting again. Now I'm on day seven, and it's weird, because I feel like things got much better, as if that relapse didn't affect me as much. For day seven, I surprisingly have one to none cravings... I can say that I feel great. I hope that nothing bad happens, because some things make me want to relapse again

Every time I try quitting smoking cigarettes, I end up in the hospital with intense malaria, I’ve stoped smoking thanks to nature and meditation

I have found that this is true, as soon as I recognize that I'm having a craving thought, as long as I "switch channels" as Nasia says, and immediately start thinking about or doing something different, the craving truly does go away. HOWEVER, if I allow that thought to circle in my head, I'm fighting a losing battle. THANK YOU NASIA

Good lady.. Hi Citrus can help a lot. Stop sugary foods or drinks. Eat healthy food. Drink mild coffee, not deep expresso. Sleep more. After sleeping no need to smoke. It's gradually

feeling guilty by when I get the thought that I tortured by body with 15 cigarettes a day, sometimes 2 packs when I consume alcohol... It's been 20 years I started smoking, I often tried to qui and max I was able to quit was for 98 days in the last 20 years.. I quit, not counting days this time...I quit forever...Stay quit and be fit... Severe headaches, feeling like hitting my head with a hammer....but its good for my future....
