I really love that you used a German version of "Paint It Black", it's perfect (fun fact : in 1972 Cuba gave East Germany some islands which would be the Ernst Thälmann Island, and even after reunification in 1990 the island was still East Germany, and also they're still at war with the Republic Of Molossia since 1983)

Thank you, the German version of paint it black is definitely lovely. Cuba stated that they never officially gave the island's away.

Значение ГДР как для Советского Союза, так и для всего Социалистического лагеря было огромным. Восточная Германия была самой западной страной соцблока и непосредственно граничила с ФРГ и размещенными на её территориями американскими войсками. Именно ГДР в случае возможной войны в Европе между Западом и СССР первой должна была встретить противника. Фактически, восточная Германия стала щитом, надежно прикрывавшим СССР и его восточноевропейских союзников.

Unser Kommandeur wäre .ausgerastet wenn wir so rum gelaufen wären . Ein Zitat von unseren allseits geleibten Oberstleutnant bei einer Nato Übung . Wir hatten mit viel mühe und Matsch unsere Panzer dem Gelände angepasst : Das gibt ein schlechtes Bild in der Öffentlichkeit mit so schmutzigen Panzern rum zu fahren . Gut um das zu verstehen muss man von Schreibtisch der Hardthöhe in eine Kampf Unterstützungseinheit kommen . So geschehen 1981 .
