Awww Hi Luca!! So cute! Such a Handsome Boy! I say Totally Worth it! Yes, Yes, and Yes! Love the nostalgia of them, they Really help with my anxiety and other mental illnesses (that alone is priceless)! They bring me joy and happiness Every Day! Just seeing all their adorable faces and outfits! Have them around (In general) helps with our mental health and keeping our spirits uplifted more than not having them around. They also bring back a lot of memories of my children when they were little, as well as memories of childhood and playing with dolls. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!

Awww Ramona is So Cute!!! Love her So Much and that Outfit?!?! Stop it! Just Stop! :P I am starting to feel slightly overwhelmed with how many dolls I've collected. Everything you said, same...I've seen people trade, or sell their dolls, give them away, (if there are no magnets in a doll) you can donate your dolls to a dementia and/or alzheimr's facility. Magnets are deadly to pacemakers and many elderly people in such type of facilities have them which is why the doll cannot have any magnets in it if you donate them to this type of facility. Hi Jessica I can say that I do sometimes get overwhelmed with my dolls because I don’t have the space or a special room for them. So when I feel like that I have re homed some of my dolls. Hi Jessica and Hanna and Ramona. I love you all too. I am so glad you love your lovey. I don't really have a nursery, although I would like to. But I do really get a little overwhelmed in my workshop when I have too many unpainted kits, unsold finished kits and then I go and do a shopping haul and have nowhere to put everything. And especially when I am working on more than one doll or project and have way too many supplies out. I just keep trying to make sure I always put everything back in its place - which isn't always easy. LOL. 🤗😘🥰🤗😘🥰

I went thru everything you mentioned. Buying a lot quickly. And then, buying everything at the thrift store everyctime i went, not really knowing or having a plan....Until i got to the point of overwhelm and decideed to be intentionally particular.❤.

I mainly attracted to have awake dolls! This year 2024, I did out of curiosity get twin B and planned to open the eyes. But was surprised when I got her that I could not bear to cut her eyes out! In fact I actually love her asleep. I do have 7 maddie reborn dolls - I just love the smile. They all look different like in size and colour and race.

All of the clothing are adorable. They make so many really amazing designs!

So far, i only get babies that I'm not scared of interacting with. Otherwise , for me. What's the point. So i have no intention of getting dolls that cost $$$$$, which will make me less inclined to enjoy. I dont get these to sit on a shelf.i get them to change their clothes and squeeze and kiss. And maybe customize.😊❤❤❤ i stopped buying from Temu last year because the baby clothes are always so big and its disappointing. So i too only look at Walmart, Amazon, and Target ( sometimes mercari)

Great video. I take mine everywhere. But with me, I like them to look real, but I am taking them for my enjoyment. So I am not bothered by people realizing that she is a doll. Also when people stare, I just assume they are looking at my beautiful baby, which they should. She is beautiful and amazing and if she belonged to someone else, I would look at her too. Most people who say anything, ask questions about where to get one, or about the hobby, or just compliment her. I did have one man in a very crowded restaurant come over while we were waiting for a table and say "What is a woman doing carrying around a doll?" I said, very nicely "788" He said "what does that mean?" And I said, again nicely " That is how much my rent is. $788 a month. When you start paying my bills, I will start telling you my business ' Everyone around us laughed and he disappeared in the crowd I use a sling for shipping and the car seat for going out to eat. Don't let what others do or don't do make you feel like a failure. You are the best you! And that is the best!❤

Awww So Precious! Love Elephants So so Much! I do tend to collect more sleeping babies than awake, however I do own both in my collection. I do like pursed type of lips on my dolls. I think most of my baby dolls have at least one closed fist. As for hair, I don't think I have a preference, I have baldies, red heads, blondes, brown, curly, straight, painted hair. I think most of the expressions on my dolls probably are pretty similar with the exception of one or two. Those are the things I can think of off the top of my head without lining up my dolls. Awww - Hi Lulu. You are so precious. I love elephants. I realized I have bought a lot of elephant clothes for the dolls lately also. And I do have that pink and green elephant outfit in newborn size. LOL. Hi Hanna. I love open hands, full limbs, rooted hair (the reddish brown mohair that Lulu has is my favorite). I do like the pursed lips. And for some reason, I tend to gravitate toward the sleeping babies. My favorites are the preemies and little babies. I looked for newborn or 0-1 month, and they are even kind of bigger - but they don't have many smaller sizes. Maybe they will shrink when washed. And you are right about the snaps. I am a Temu Shopaholic! What I buy for myself always fits perfectly! The baby clothes I buy for my dolls fit pretty good too. It's just hard to find newborn size. But I have found a few! And they fit! I learned to check everything about the items before I purchase. ☺️ My only problem is that twice I didn't receive my order but I did get a quick refund!
