Busses and the metro are nice in Copenhagen, but if you ever go back then rent a bike. It's the best way to get around. You can get most places in under 20 min, and you can park almost anywhere. You can rent a bike for under 10£ a day. I'm glad you enjoyed the city :)

Why do you keep cutting to a second camera that has you staring off at 45 degrees? When you talk to the camera, it gives the illusion that you're talking directly to the viewer. When you're suddenly staring off in a different direction, that illusion is destroyed, and it's incredibly disengaging. Imagine you were having a conversation with somebody and, every now and again, they turned their head 45 degrees for a few seconds, without any break in what they were saying. How incredibly weird would that be? So why do you do it in your videos?

Great video. The reason the metro was closed was that a new metro extension (to Copenhagen South station) will be opened for passengers at June 22nd 2024, so they had to test this new line 4 extension which also runs partially on existing tracks without passengers during a weekend.

Amaienborg, is where our king lives. I was a professionel soldier at the Royal Danish Lifeguard. And the live next to Rosenborg carstel. Again, strøget and købmagergade is also a turist trap. Round tower is great. Tivoli is ok. Barken there is to mutch people from the Menap countries. The loud things is absolute a person from Menap. I wonder, why are turists see all the wrong thind? And eat all the wrong places?

If you ask me, i work 100m from Nyhavn. Its a turist trap. Food is expensive and overrated. Go to Vesterbro or Nørrebro if you want to eat.

These years its very normal to find "overgrown" areas in parks and other public places, its on purpose and part of the danish biodiversity plan called "wild on purpose".

Love how the flight was £79. Round trip flights from Toronto where I live are the equivalent of about £1,000 depending upon time of year for economy on a 7 1/2 hour flight. Makes Copenhagen itself seem very cheap by comparison.

Lucy needs a travel sponsor. 280 quid is astounding for what was managed, even if it involved a lot of time on buses. I'm an American, so my flights would be a good deal more than that, but it's still nice to have these tips should I ever visit Europe. 👍

The first travel broadcast of Copenhagen without bicycles 🚲🚲🚲 despite James' effort of hinting towards the excellence of cycle traffic in Copenhagen. Only desperate people who made lots and lots of bad life choices use automobiles. Come to think of it, that's true for every city in Europe and most possibly the world.

Another brilliant video Lucy. Great to watch the travel log video first, and then the behind the scenes footage as well. Clever idea getting your friend to do back up filming as we all remember your nervousness around asking strangers to film you for specific shots. Keep up the good work

Butchering the Danish Language :) Funny that people do not think beach, when they look at Copenhagen, considering the city is next to the Sea and part of the suburb also along the coastline, so you have loads of chances to see the sea.
