I think the engine has a problem of power. I have the same car with the same engine (no chip) and I can reach a higher speed with less difficult.

One of the things I dont like about EV's is that they only have one speed so they are limited to a certain speed such as 150 in the case of this car due to the max rpm of the motor and the gear ratio

I dont think there is confidence at high speed behind the wheel. Its not planted or settled, very bumpy and alot of twitching to the steering wheel

Looks pretty stable to me, certainly way more than my old Cayman S 987 at 270 km/h. Granted, high speed driving is not for everyone, so I absolutely understand your fear.

That's 100 mph. In the UK the police get very interested over 85 mph so people rarely drive more than 80. (Legal speed limit is 70). Happy if the car can cruise comfortably at 85.
