360-degree feedback is a method used in organizations for evaluating an individual's performance from multiple perspectives. It involves gathering feedback from various sources such as supervisors, peers, subordinates, and sometimes even external stakeholders. This comprehensive approach provides a well-rounded view of an individual's strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. The feedback is typically anonymous, fostering honesty and openness in the evaluation process.

The one single insite was the ability to recognize the power of failure, which is very difficult for a perfectionist. I will allow failure to be part of my success. Thank you Rich, I will be working on this!

Thank you Aarti and Sharon. I'm brand new to the course, so this has given me lots to think about as I start to develop my own understanding of what kind of Coach I'll be. Still terrified of social media though! Looking forward to more content on how to successfully engage with it.

This is fantastic. Was great to see the importance of the authenticity of the coach, the rapport between the coach and coachee, and the questions which looked at potential challenges which might come up during the process of reaching the goal. Crucially, all of the steps/solutions came from the coachee. The twist right at the end is very inspiring!

if the the person is informative like this and willing to solved his own problem , it would be easier to coach to use the grow model.

Great imformative conversation, I am currently training with you and these sessions on You tube keep me topped up and motivated, one of my biggest fears when I started training with the TCA was slipping back into therapy mode, having sessions adapting therapy tools to use (where appropriate) alongside coaching is really useful to me. Thank you.

This is so valid and important. Prior to embarking on my PPD with TCA in March 2023, I'd never experienced a conversation like the coaching conversation. The more I learn about it, the more apparent it is that most people are very unfamiliar with the safe, supportive rapportful environment that coaching creates. To enable clients to get optimum benefit from it, we need to take time to articulate clearly what coaching is and what it isn't.

I love this perspective! It's so easy to focus all our energy on what's next rather than taking time to appreciate all that is, already.
