@NWYETIS_14 ай бұрын
Oooh, Is it broke off in the first or second threads?
@JoshuaMarang4 ай бұрын
It broke right where the threads start on the bolt, and the threads are in the inner most set of threads
@NWYETIS_14 ай бұрын
Ok, So if you think there is enough of the bolt in there. You can try and use a primary puller. The primary puller will go thru the first set of threads and hit the broken bolt. The primary is held on by a taperd shaft and pressure. It may pop free. Anytime you're using a primary puller, pack the shaft with grease or something to create pressure. I always use grease when I pull a primary to prevent breaking the puller off. It's a way. Caution. If there are not enough threads, you can damage the shaft and be in a worse position. If that works, you will still have to remove the broken bolt and clean up. Another option is to see if you can get a 3 jaw puller that will fit in the edges of the primary and pull it. A slide hammer threaded into the primary could pull it. You have a few options, but none of them are fun. Side note, if you have never pulled a primary before its nerve racking. It takes alot of force, and when it goes, it goes pop!! You will think you broke it. I can't stress enough to use grease, bread, snow if you are in the hills. To take up space in the threads and make it easier.

The BBK is still running stock clutching. Some new things have arrived to test. Turbo has been running a Vahuti Varikko clutch kit. We still need to develop clutching for it as well. For our application, the kit has been working as we are using it as a 300-foot drag setup. Our 0-60 times as of last week were beyond our belief. Updates soon.

Hello! What reclocking you recomand for a cforce 600 S 2022 ? I have sport 25 tires and I'm looking for more power when starting from a standstill, a smoother start, a faster engagement of the cvt belt. I have a more sporty gait. Many recommended me to move the secondary variator to B2. I don't want to change anything else to the primary variator, just relocate the second one. Thank you!
@NWYETIS_16 ай бұрын
Clocking the secondary to b2 will give you more low end grunt. It will also lower the top speed. There is always some give and take when clocking the secondary or adding weight to the primary.

This was a good test. Results was just what we expected.👍 This is exactly the reason why dyno is so important tool when tuning clutches. You may have the feeling of power but the reality is something else. When adding more HP it will give more upshift force just like dyno curve shows and lower the engine rpm little. That's the effect of agressive helix. With little fine tuning, there is a lot more to be taken. Thank you for your exelent job👍
@andreiionut957 ай бұрын
Can you please explain what do you mean by fine tuning? Bought a stage 3 for a zforce 1000, installed everything as shown in instructions with secondary in b1, and to be honest, i did get a more responsive acceleration, but didn't get quite the result expected from a stage 3. Thank you!

The helix from RnG is the small tire helix with his blue secondary spring clocked to B1 The red primary spring HE sent me and 18g weights per his instructions. When I was testing for him. Vahuti is his primary kit and the stock secondary spring at B1 with the 43-56 helix
