Kerala has four international airport, best time to visit is Aug to Jan, monsoon has a different vibe, so you can June July too

Budget totally depends on hotel category and how soon you book it.. For us it costed 30000-40000 per head for 7days including kovallam. Hope it answers all your queries

Yes, if you have experience on driving on snow.. you can try.. you can get parking if you book hotel at lower auli..
