And than they call it a handmade saddle by Brooks. While without the machines the saddles look disastrous. I think a modern phone, get's handled more by human hands than any of these saddles lol.

The steps to make a paper mache animal are: - Cast the animal shape in plaster and fiberglass molds. Line the cavity with five layers of recycled cardboard and glue. Close the mold and let it dry for three to six days. [00:00:29][^1^][1] - [00:01:18][^2^][2] - Assemble the animal by adhering the cardboard shells of the body parts. Reinforce the joints with newspaper strips. Paper over the entire surface. [00:01:37][^3^][3] - [00:01:59][^4^][4] - Mix talc, water, glue and wet cardboard to make a thick paste. Apply three coats of the paste over the animal, letting each coat dry. Sand the surface. [00:02:05][^5^][5] - [00:02:50][^6^][6] - Sculpt and apply raised features with the thick paste. [00:02:56][^7^][7] - [00:03:15][^8^][8] - Paint the animal with primer, background color, watercolors and lacquer. Apply four coats of lacquer for protection. [00:03:24][^9^][9] - [00:04:47][^10^][10]
