What needle configuration is this
@Heidisspalife

off the top of my head i cannot remember i do believe i mention it in the video.....if your starting out do not go too deep its a gradual process... (.25, or .5 is a good way to start) Needle count depends on what your skin concern is. I hope this helps

Hi this is my first time watching your video,I like to ask should we throw out the needles after one session like do we need to use new needles on every session? after the session how to clean the face?& when to use numb cream on skin?
@Heidisspalife
@Heidisspalife 19 күн бұрын
yes you would throw out then the needle cartridge they are one time use. You can clean your face with a very gentle mild cleanser. Numbing cream is optional 15-20 minutes before you actually start microneedling. You will need to remove the numbing cream before you go in with the device. I hope this helps.

Nice video thanks! How does the pen not tear skin when you drag it around skin and it’s pulsing up and down? I would have thought on the downstrokes it could tear if you move
@Heidisspalife
@Heidisspalife Ай бұрын
The needles itself is going in and out at such a rapid speed and very shallow depths that it does not end up tearing the skin. Where you can get into trouble is if you have your pen set to a low speed and are move the pen too fast that might cause an issue. However when it comes to depths we are dealing with 1.2 (.5) mm on the very surface of the skin.

I am not a bleeder to begin with even when I got my nose pierced years ago it didn't really bleed. Some people are probably just more vascular and will bleed easier. Also I am not new to micro needling so my skin was very much used to it. I have deeper scars on my cheeks so the 2.0 doesn't really bother me much. Everyone skin is different in the end. I hope this helps.

I haven't seen you upload a video in a while. I think the last video of yours that I watched you were recovering from a surgery? I'm not 100% sure on that though. I do have a question. In some states you have to have an estheticians license to do lashes. A lot of esthetician programs are 6 months. But I've heard that you shouldn't take a lash class that teaches multiple lash styles in 1-2 days. Do you live in a state that requires the estheticians license to do lashes? Did you feel that it took you a while to do certain lash styles? Btw, I hope your business is successful in the new location.
@Heidisspalife
@Heidisspalife 7 ай бұрын
lash classes that teach multiple can be over whelming. When I taught it in Florida I focused on just classics so that students can master that first. Some states require either an esthetician or cosmetology license to practice however I rarely see licensed pros especially if they practice on their own. Sometimes schools don't even teach you lashes you have to still go and pay for a class outside of school. Thank you for your kind words I am trying out here the struggle is real when you start all over again. I do plan on posting more often I took a nice break for a couple of months. This year I feel renewed. :)
