I just did this for my warm up this morning! All major scales 4 octaves with a drone! By the end my ear felt strangely closed, but the intonation that followed in my practice session was much better.

Wenn man da nicht ständig dran bleibt dann verlernt man selbst als Profi die Geläufigkeit in den vielen heiklen Passagen. Abgesehen davon ist ihre Interpretation des Hindemith Konzerts phänomenal, man kann es wieder und wieder hören!
