Therefore, events such as the Nagaokakyo Gracia Festival Parade filmed in this video and the Kyoto Sakura Parade held in late March are held within Kyoto, so they are required to wear blue. However, in recent years, the image of the Kyoto Tachibana High School Wind Orchestra marching = orange has become stronger, and event organizers have requested that the uniforms be orange, so they have not worn the blue uniforms since 2016, when this video was filmed.
