It's an error. I wanted to say that i can make up to 30,000 ghc profit out of this 2 acres of maize farm. I will be selling it fresh because I learnt that when you sell it dry,you will not make much profit. Thanks for the correction and I will not hide any information on my KZfaq channel 😅😊😊 I promise

When you buy thhe land just put sonething on it like a fencewall or just drop some material on it like sand and stone and leave it. If no one bothers you then you know it is genuine land. You can still be doing your search about the land as well as just leaving some building material there.

There is no freehold of sale in Ghana it’s completely abolished don’t let anyone fool you just simple read the Ghana constitution on land and you will see for yourself what Ghana laws says. And even before that new law came into effect it was only Ghanaians that could purchase freehold land not foreigners but now it’s absolutely no one
