I believe scientists are confused, because they believe too firmly in theories, including atomic theory. If they would consider that atomic energy extends in spiral form, through the spiral time streams, contained within the arms of the Milky Way, they might find what they are looking for. Then time travel becomes more understandable, simple movement to a different location within Spiral Time Streams.
