I wonder if you've changed this by now... since it sounds more like treating symptons not the cause. What about things like diet, allergies, caffeine, harsh chemicals or pollution? You mentioned somewhere else you had IBD, which points to diet and allergies. Dairy and meat are also often associated with gut, skin and hormone health. You might benefit from a nutrient dense, healing vegan diet.

Okay, this just about killed me. The whole garden bit was wonderful (and YAY COPPICING! I've seen willow-growers coppice trees that've been used that way their *entire lives* for basketry work, and you see it everywhere in Germany on fruit trees for some reason) and I too dance around my plants in pure glee when they do things. Heal well, Poki! **virtual head-skritch** Sewing... It's reassuring to know that other people talk to their projects while they make them. Bobbins are a pain in the ass; but you can buy this little box from Singer that's a self-contained bobbin-winder and just wind bobbin after bobbin while you're watching cat videos or documentaries about Scotland or whatever, and you don't have to involve your sewing machine-- it's about 6" across and just wonderful, and I've had mine for about three years and so far it's been very sturdy. That stitch? If it works for you, it works for you. Nobody's going to test you on this-- own your project! Think how clever you are to have figured out a use for this stitch, not that you're doing it wrong, because if it does what you needed it to then it ISN'T wrong. Is it more tightly sewn than it was before you did it? Yes, and that will reduce fraying. It works! One bit of sewing advice: your iron is your friend. After you pull something right-side-out, tug at places where the fabric has bunched up a bit (not hard enough to break the thread, obviously) and then IRON what you've sewn. Do this with every seam; it gives a better end result and makes it easier to sew the edges tight. Also, I once kicked a pair of heavy-duty chicken shears that I was using to cut some slats for making a basket and didn't even realize I had sliced my foot, they were so sharp (I was sitting on the floor.) Then I realized I had a foot-wide spreading pool of blood under my leg... If your tools don't bite you at least once, they aren't going to work right.

Japanese don't know sarcasm, they take sarcasm as literal. It might not be "judgemental" maybe it's just opinionated americans are really overly opinionated and voice their opinions. I like how the japanese hold their tongue and not voice their opinions to keep the harmony, americans cause so much drama by voicing their opinions knowing that it will cause tension and drama. Americans are trouble makers because they seem to love drama and tension and to be at odds with someone who doesn't agree with their opinions. Why did Rachel get mad or excited at Jun for not being upset about being backseat driver, Jun is just very chill and Rachel loves to fly off the handle at some mundane stuff that doesn't bother jun.

I agree with Jun when he asked about one of the paper prototypes of the lamp! That one has a shape I liked compared to the others. But Rachel, the end result of the flower was super pretty!! The soft pastel light of pink and yellow warm glow is so good - you are a genius!! I am also with Jun here who's super impressed with how your brain came up with the shapes using your "common sense" XD

It's not about whether you had a wedding ceremony of your own or not, what matters is how much you can understand, love, and support each other until the day one might recall your memories and say "they lived happily together till they went to heaven". XOXOX..O From 🇱🇰
