Peter Rauhofer was a genius. Case in point, this remix. I never realized what an amazing song “The Greatest Love Of All” is until I heard this remix. This should’ve been the original version. It needed a dance beat to really bring out this songs’ powerful message. Whitney’s voice was a powerhouse. But balladry was not the way to accentuate her vocals in my opinion. If the music of her original songs was more like her Aunt Thelma’s, I probably would’ve been a much bigger fan. R.I.P. Peter Rauhofer. aka Club 69. And of course, R.I.P. Whitney Houston.

Duré años buscando esta versión de “High”. La oí por primera vez en radio en 2000 y la tenía grabada en cassette. Perdí ese cassette y no hallaba el nombre de la versión remix para radio. Gracias por compartirla.
