None of my CMP M1 Carbines came with mags. Bummer. South Korean mags work well.

@@The_Casual_Collector Okay so, I understand that if the ATF ever want to come to my home for inspection of my C&R purchases. That's all they are allowed to inspect is just the C&R purchases. I ask this because, I already that very many legally purchased and, I still have all I have purchased through stores, etc.... If those weapons are in question. Then, I am thinking they should already be in their national registry! Is this correct about my thinking???????????????? FYI, I have all my paperwork ready to go with the help of your video. @kevinblair5708 correct, unless they have a warrant to inspect the rest...Essentially your C&R license is for your C&R purchases and they must be logged and the log can be inspected along with the guns listed in it. Many people have a separate safe only for C&R firearms. Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate it!

@@The_Casual_Collector the Polish UF kit was about what I figured, parts matched expect the bolt and sight leaf. Weird thing however is the blown out barrel on the muzzle end, can’t screw on muzzle device. I thought the rifling was just blown out because it failed the bullet test but upon further inspection it’s damaged. Good thing a new barrel will be used if it’s rebuilt. The PPS was immaculate, not rebuilding mine but still a cool piece of history.

@The_Casual_Collector x grade, but aside from chipped paint it is completely fine. I have only had the chance to run 50 rounds through it but so far no malfunctions and it's dead accurate

@@The_Casual_Collector I'm curious as to what the serial number is on yours. I've done a lot of research on these guns and from what I have read there are 3 variations of the Brownie. Mine is a variation 3, as is yours. The variation 3 is the most common and is identified by having the correct patented date on the right side of the barrel (PAT. July 27. 1920), and the pin on the right upper side plate. (Yours is missing)

I'm really not sure on this question as I don't live in CA, I do know if you have a COE + Type 03 FFL that you can purchase ammo, but I really don't know how you go about filling it out for that purpose. The only thing I can say is keep calling , always after about 1pm...and call every 10 minutes or so, eventually you will get James on the phone.

Seems like kind of a waste to buy a parts kit unless you have a receiver lying around already. Cheaper to just buy the complete pistol. Not like people shoot these enough to actually wear them out.

I placed an order through Hunter's Lodge for 2 Rossi Model 68s, which will likely be missing parts, these are to complete them.

I thought so too, even if I never get my Rossi 68s, these can certainly be resold for what I have in them.

The only place I've seen them cheap is Hunter's Lodge.

Sadly, I don't, but the best piece of advice I can offer is start calling about 12:30pm and keep calling up until about 4:00pm, roughly every 5 minutes or so. Eventually, you'll get him. Persistence is key.

You know, the crazy thing is, I called and explained it, and they're sending me another one in the mail, I even get to keep the damaged one!

For sure, they have 3 different grades from what I recall.
