Took me about 2 hours and 4 deaths to beat this boss. I'm playing on normal with keyboard and mouse which isn't exactly ideal, but it works. One tip for when both the saws come down and go along the bridge horizontally, just stick to the edge of the bridge. Can't hit you there

Funny that the SECRET Bosses are just the regular bosses popping out of nowhere & teaming up with another boss, making it a 2v4 battle.
