Tommy is awesome, but if you listen to AC/DC when Bon Scott was the singer there was something just so special about them, them to find Brian Johnson it was a work of the gods, because they just kept stomping on everyone.

Yo ho, yo ho The seas forever roll Yo ho, yo ho 'Til I'm not but skull and bones Yo ho, yo ho From outcast to kingpin Was born up on the sea Ne'er was meant to walk the land A pirate's life for me Avast ye whining, up the sails Don't speak to mutiny Or find yourself a'wantin' quarter Bottom of the sea Among the shoals of Saint Anne To the eastern shores I'll take my chances on the wind To loot and plunder scores Our flag it stands for us alone And no one else around We owe our honour to the sea And not to any crown Yo ho, yo ho, the seas forever roll Yo ho, yo ho, the winds forever blow Long after I've met Davy Jones 'Til I'm naught but skull and bones Yo ho So, me bullies, bottoms up Raise the sails and drink with me Here's to us! "Live long and long live piracy" Bring her round into the white If treasures to be found A pirate's life or nothing else 'Til the ship she's goin' down Yo ho, yo ho, the seas forever roll Yo ho, yo ho, the winds forever blow Long after I've met Davy Jones 'Til I'm naught but skull and bones Yo ho Heave ho, me hearties one by one (Heave ho, me hearties one by one) A pirate's life until we're done (A pirate's life until we're done) Heave ho, me hearties bring her round (Heave ho, me hearties bring her round) A pirate's life for me I've found (A pirate's life for me I've found) Yo ho, yo ho, the seas forever roll (skull and bones) Yo ho, yo ho, the winds forever blow (skull and bones) Long after I've met Davy Jones 'Til I'm naught but skull and bones (skull and bones) Yo ho (skull and bones) Yo ho, yo ho, the seas forever roll (skull and bones) Yo ho, yo ho, the winds forever blow (skull and bones) Long after I've met Davy Jones 'Til I'm naught but skull and bones (skull and bones) Yo ho

I am a German woman who has an American boyfriend who is in the American army. I hope he comes home safe and sound and that I never get the worst news of all. He is doing his duty but my fear is ever-present! This song just gets under your skin!

My friend died at the end of April 2024 and I didn't know last Christmas would be his last Christmas. I had bought him your Christmas CD and he absolutely loved it. He played it over and over and over. It made his final Christmas really special. He was a senior.

Great song Tim. I'm from the South and it's amazing to me how many people just dont get it. But then again, maybe not so surprising. 🤔

So sad this song. PLEASE YOUR STICKING POLITICAL STUFF IN SONGS. OH NO. I LOVE THE USA AM A HISPANIC WOMAN UNITED STATES CITIZEN BY ADOPTION. AND MY BIRTH COUNTRY IS COMMUNIST. WE MAY HAVE PROBLEMS IN THE USA. BUT WE LEARN BUT 😢WE DONT LEAVE THIS SONG MAKES ME AND OTHERS VERY SAD. DIDNT EXPECT THIS FROM HOME FREE. I HEAR THIS SONG AND DOESNT BRING HOPE… MYBE I MISS UNDERSTOOD IT. BUT I DONT THINK SO.
@nancyholter564616 сағат бұрын
I think you HAVE misunderstood. This song is about learning from the past. About admitting what might not have been great and moving away from that path. You learned from your experience with a communist country that you did not want that, right? And you literally moved to be away from it. Many people in the South have had to move for much more mundane reasons - to pursue their dreams, as 3 of the Home Free members had to do.
