You can hear all the tips in the world from dashers that are doing well. The actual fact is, Some markets are just terrible, and these tips are not gonna do anything for you. Some of our markets make it impossible to make money to live with. Those are the facts. If you live in one of the robust successful markets, you don't need tips, you just turn on your app and make money

I started dashing a couple weeks ago and I'm a platinum dasher already. Never done this before, but I'm a go-getter so I take this gig as a challenge and be the best I can be. I live in a small southern town and I noticed some of the restaurants are trying to compromise me to help some of the other dashers. I'm reporting them left and right for being late. It's their loss not mine. I can dash anywhere in the surrounding are, but I choose not to. These people think they own this area. So I invited my sister, who is also a platinum dasher to come to my town and get her share of the market. Bullying just makes it worse for them and we are laughing all the way to the bank.

If i had a better car, I could make more money. So I'm local only and livin in a college town really helps.

I hear about people doing $200 a day with door dash... I'm in New Zealand and I often get $6-7 ($4.20 USD) to travel 6-9 kilometers. The chances of my making the equivalent of $200USD in my market place (Dunedin, NZ) seems quite slim. If I made myself available for all hours, I'm unsure if there would be an adequate number of requests coming through to reach $200 as that would be 45-50 trips a dash...

My Dasher account was hacked early the morning of July1, 2024, yet when I contact Dasher Support the keep either sending me emails to verify 5 pieces of information, once I reply to the emails, I regained control of my app, until late Sunday/Monday. Even chatting through the app when I have asked support to look up the reference number in the email last Thursday I was told my pay would be reimbursed within 24 hours, yet it didn't arrive. It's looking like Door Dash has scammers working on the inside Door Dash Support. I'm out $950 with nowhere to turn because DOOR DASH forces any issues to go through Support. It's and endless GO NOWHERE loop. If anyone here knows how to contact Door Dashes HR or Legal department reply to my comment.

Thank you man I woke up after waiting 1hr at tacobell for the order I had them re-do the order and delivered it but i noticed my on time rating went way down to 74% i'll make sure to unassign next time.

There's also another definite deactivation guarantee and that is a yearly review of your driving record through Chkr.. when you sign up the dash you agree to have background checks monitored at any time ...any small petty tickets will get you deactivated faster than losing someone's food...
