He lived from April 30, 1896 - May 5, 1972, aged 76 years and 5 days. He is one of the oldest musicians who ever lived. Lived a long life too. May he R.I.P. 🎸🎸🎶

The Wikipedia page for Mr. Davis says he was born in 1896, not 1876 as the video implies.

These guys were a genre unto themselves. Comic genius at its finest. That Jack Poet must’ve been one hip car dealer. God bless these four heroes of humor.

Very good humor and music except they should have cut that last drink Fallon wanted to have where the beer missed his mouth and into his eyes and knocked his glasses off. That is what made him look like an idiot, before that, it was a great video.

O'h c'mon Jimmy you don't get so drunk in two minutes that you perform like that. Actually back in the day when Van used beer to combat his stage freight he used beer intelligently. He never got drunk, now that other Morrison (JIM) didn't use his drug of choice so intelligently. I seen your imitation of Jim Morrison and someone else, but you do a very good Van, EXCEPT the too much beer drinking part. Good looks by Van, good moves, good voice, but you blew it with the beer. Never use beer when you are working.

A specially great imitation with his LOOKs and his Voice. Yes Van used beer at least early in his career to conquer his stage freight. But he used it wisely. He never got drunk.

I've done more for you then your Daddy has ever done, I said I've done more for you then your Daddy has ever done, I give you my jelly roll your Daddy has never given you none. Has never given you none, THE BACK STREET JELLY ROLL. It sounds like he touches on another song too, probably from the BANGMASTERS ALBUM? I'ts been so long since I've heard it it sounds so good now after searching for these songs on You Tube. Jimmy Fallon has good taste, he knows much more about the GREAT VAN MORRISON then most people his age. There is no comparison between Jim and Van Morrison if for no other reason then Jim's life ended in the 70's while Van did his best work in the 80's, 90's and 2000's. Moreover Van wrote more great songs then the Beatles, but is not known as much in America as the Beatles. To know Van, you have to buy his albums. He will go down in history right up there with Mozart and Beethoven and Bach. Good rock n rollers from Ireland are fully aware of how great VAN MORRISON was and still is, he just turned 70 a week ago.
