Oil works a little better for removing dye from your skin than peroxide. Olive oil, grapeseed, apricot... pretty much any oil.

I am on day 2 out of 28 i will definitely do 14 and maybe 14 after a month or two but i might do the whole 28straight. Its rough but I love a challenge especially for health. 🙏🙏 But i have been using my own teas and sea moss for a month so im ok drinking it. Its an acquired taste

I’m starting today for the second time!! Can’t wait because I love the way I feel afterwards but I did see that sipping every 4-8 oz every 15 mins helps with the cramping. Also to help is to drink one 32 oz completely before starting to drink the other one and to start the second one at least 1 hr after you finish first one, this will help with stomach aches. Agreed they are both EQUALLY AS BAD. I told someone its like licking the bottom of a trash can that sits outside. It works tho. I had a rash clear up on my chest in 7 days. Completely gone. I’m getting ready to start the 28 day detox but after watching your video, I have some of the same concerns you had as far as the unpredictability aspects and I work 2 jobs so running back and forth to the restroom will be a challenge.
